My payment has not been processed
My payment for IV fee payments hasn't been processed yet. It has been a week already and it still says 'in process'. Plus, they already took the money from my bank account, so I was wondering why the IV fee payments haven't been paid if I already paid for them.
Preferred solution: I would like for IV payments to be approved because I already purchased them

The didn’t answer the phone call.
Regarding my brother's visa, I want to know how much longer it will take. My brother is alone in Pakistan, he is having a hard time over there.

With greetings, respect and appreciation I requested a divorce certificate and sent it to you several times, but it was rejected due to lack of clarity. It is in Arabic and has a translation into Arabic.

Waiting for the interview process
Case approved, visa already paid, waiting for the interview process, but case still pending in the national visa, since 2022,and my wife sick need assistance medical,now I'm really tired to rise my 2 daughters without my baby mama,moreover the situation of Haiti is becoming more in more dangerous even worse.
