Poor communication, rude people who play games with people's lifes.

Waiting over a year to hear from the NVC about my spouse's interview. Since 4/2021 was the last time I contacted them and they said they were backlogged. THEN GET MORE EMPLOYEES FOR UR POS COMPANY!!! The people working here are so very rude and incompetent in the job. They suck and play games with people's lives. I got my attorney involved and I'm possibly going to file a case in federal court and sue them. They do not help people with information and I end up sitting on hold for over two hours on the phone. POS government!!!!! All zero stars!!!!!

I don't recommend them but there is no other hope .

So far the worst , slowest and sluggish Department , They take forever to just review that Submitted Documents and if there is something left behind , They will take yet another month or two to review a single Document so your case will be there forever and they will...

I tried calling the NVC number, no luck after trying for 2 months, trying the number 10 times a day, different hours. I agree, they don’t feel the pain of being away from family

PAYMENT OF FEE BILLS

It now seems that the NVC has a totally discriminatory policy of only accepting payments of fee bills online. It assumes that every applicant has immediate access to a bank account with a routing number to provide their CEAC system. IT IS RIDICULOUS. What if the person does not have a bank account because he/she simply cannot open one for whatever reason and does not have a relative or friend (AS THE NVC OFFICER I SPOKE WITH SO RUDELY TOLD ME!!!!!) to provide a bank account.

CONTINUE ACCEPTING PAYMENTS VIA MAIL, EVEN IF ONLY MONEY ORDERS, AS AN ALTERNATIVE FOR THOSE APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO A BANK ACCOUNT.

It seems that there is no way to align this agency.

Over eight months ago I was contacted by NVC and two documents were requested from me. A divorce document from a divorce over 20 years ago, and a Form W-2. Both forms have been submitted to NVC even though the same documents were submitted to DHS . I have not heard from them since, I have tried to contact them via e mail and phone, all my efforts have been fruitless. I am a US citizen with two US citizen kids who can not get their biological mother to accompany us to the US. The US embassy in Armenia is not being of any help at all.... they do not care. We have been trying to move back to the States since 2010. Go figure.

they hang the phone, they do not help anyone !! They give you half solutions, making delays in the process, respond in an ironic and spoiled way ... Excuse me! but I'm paying for the services!
